Terms of Service
Effective date: September 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pros Home Services website, forms, communications, eligibility reviews, and related services. In these Terms, “Pros,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pros Home Services.
By accessing our website, submitting information, or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information.
1. Website Purpose
Pros Home Services provides general information and outreach concerning energy, community, household, business, battery, community-solar, and related programs that may be available through utilities, government-approved programs, community projects, or third-party providers.
Information on this website is provided for general informational and preliminary eligibility-review purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, engineering, or utility advice.
2. No Guaranteed Eligibility or Savings
Program eligibility, availability, capacity, savings, discounts, credits, enrollment terms, subscription terms, and benefits vary by account, utility territory, location, program, provider, and community project.
Statements describing potential savings, including a potential 10% commercial community-solar discount, apply only to qualifying accounts and are subject to verification and applicable program terms.
Unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement, Pros does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, approval, savings, utility credits, program capacity, or continued program availability.
3. Savings and Eligibility Reviews
A savings or eligibility review is a preliminary evaluation based on the information available to Pros and applicable program providers.
Submitting a website form does not:
- Automatically enroll you or your business in a program.
- Create a utility, solar, subscription, or enrollment agreement.
- Guarantee acceptance, approval, savings, or available capacity.
- Require you to purchase a service.
Additional information, disclosures, authorization, identity verification, account review, or separate agreements may be required before enrollment.
4. Third-Party Programs and Providers
Certain opportunities discussed through our website may be administered, supplied, or supported by utilities, solar-project operators, government entities, financing providers, technology providers, or other independent third parties.
Those providers may establish their own eligibility requirements, contracts, privacy practices, pricing, subscription terms, cancellation terms, customer-support procedures, and program rules.
Pros is not responsible for a third party’s acts, omissions, service interruptions, eligibility decisions, program modifications, available capacity, billing practices, or contractual obligations.
5. Your Information and Responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You must not impersonate another person, provide information without authorization, or submit fraudulent or misleading information.
You are responsible for reviewing all program documents and agreements before enrolling or authorizing any service.
6. Telephone, SMS, and Email Communications
If you provide contact information, we may contact you regarding your inquiry, requested review, application, appointment, enrollment, customer service, or related services.
If you provide the required consent, communications may include calls or text messages sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchase.
You may reply STOP to a text message to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in the email.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier, device, service availability, and other factors outside our control.
For more information about how communication data is handled, review our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pros and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
18. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.
